Boneless chicken breasts, cut in half

Melt butter in bowl.
·
Add the lemon juice and garlic to butter.
·
Dip and cover the chicken with the butter mixture.
·
In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.
·
Remove the chicken from butter mixture then coat it with dry mixture.
·
Roll chicken slices up and hold together in the center with toothpick.
·
Bake for about 40min or until done at 325° F .
